Setup & Digitizing
- Setup Charge for Orders under 12 pieces: $25.00 flat setup.
- Waived Setup fee for any order of 12 pieces or more.
- One-time digitizing layout setup fees: **Left Chest / Hat is $25.00** and **Full Back is $45.00**.

Customer Item Policy: We take great care when embroidering customer-provided garments. However, we are not responsible for replacement of items that may be damaged during production.

For any embroidery order under 12 pieces, we charge a flat $25 setup fee. This fee is completely waived if you order 12 or more pieces of any apparel.
Absolutely! We specialize in embellishing client uniforms, Carhartt gear, technical backpacks, and jackets. Standard rates for customer garments are $10 for regular items, $12 for caps, and $15 for heavy Carhartt jackets and bags (based on standard density designs under 8,000 stitches).
We operate with the highest level of care and use industrial Tajima machinery. However, embroidery is a high-pressure mechanical process, so we are not responsible for the replacement value of client garments in the rare event of production damage.
Logo digitization is a one-time conversion process. We charge $25.00 for Left Chest or Cap logos, and $45.00 for Full Back design digitization. Once digital needle layouts are saved on our system, you will never be charged a digitizing fee again.
We provide a real physical stitch-out proof photo and digital render option for every order before full bulk production. You can review the exact stitch texture, color match, and alignment, ensuring 100% satisfaction before we run your job.
